I keep thinking about how awful my fish sandwich was. I have to share this. Everyone told me to get a fish sandwich at The Fish Stand. It was so bad, I should have taken it back for a refund. But I took it home to eat. I will never go back there. I don't recommend . Also, paint and deep clean inside and out.

If you like fish this is the place you need to go. From this family owned and operated business. You will have nothing but good food and happy memories once you eat there and leave. I recommend. I highly recommend!!!
Food service and atmosphere are all here. The one thing lacking is the original recipe for the batter.
Vegetarian options: It's fish!
Parking: Although the batter lacks flavor from original owners. It's still by far the best fish in the area!

I love the fish stand. Ever since Mike Hougland took me there sometime in the early 2000s ? I go there every time I am in Seymour and have never been disappointed. it's an awesome food experience every time.

Food is outstanding. The absolute best. Customer service is great. The price is not outrageous. Very reasonable. I Pay 13 dollars for more food than I can eat. And always make sure to tip 10% cause you don't find that kind of customer service anymore. It's extinct. It's a small place so I always get my food to go. In my experience the wait time for food is around 3-5 minutes. Oh and parking is a nightmare. But it's worth the headache. This place is great. 10/10 would recommend
