Had dinner, I had Chicken fried steak it was good except the very white gravy tasted bland like it came out of a box. No flavor at all. We used to make paste when we were kids out of flour and water, it tasted better. The chicken was good, moist with good flavor just ruined it with the gravy.

Packed for Sunday lunch. Small amount of time waiting. Food was prepared & presented well. Delicious Breaded Tenderloin & my friend enjoyed the Reuben Sandwich. My favorite ice in our drinks. Well worth the drive from Franklin.

Mae's Townhouse is a family-owned restaurant in Seymour that offers great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Customers enjoy fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and the roadkill breakfast sandwich. The chicken bowl is highly recommended as the best many have had. The staff are friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The inside decor is different from the outside, but the food and presentation, especially the sugar-free syrup, are impressive. Overall, it’s a place worth visiting for good food and friendly service.
