I haven't been to an Applebee's in a long time. From what I remember their menu is even less vegetarian friendly than what it used to be. Oh well, we needed food and it worked. The service was decent at least.
I ordered for a pickup and waited 20 min for when it was supposed to be ready, arriving and informing staff of my order only to stand around and wait nearly 10 more minutes and watched other people arrive and be seated and served. Food was cold, soda was watered down and low on syrup, absolutely terrible service, and was even rudely mocked by one of the patrons in the waiting area for my supposed impatience after already waiting half an hour for a simply pickup order that was ready but never given to me.

had the worst experience at this Applebee’s. The host was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and giving attitude to my family and me for no reason. I believe her name was Nina. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. Customer service should be a priority, but clearly, that wasn’t the case here. It completely ruined our visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless they improve their staff’s professionalism. Disappointing experience!!
