Went in the drive through today and the food wasnt right and the food that I did get(chicken strips) was over cooked and hard as a rock. This is one of the worst restaurants in the city of Shelbyville. All I want is good curly fries for the love of goodness.

It wasn't too bad except for the fact that my daughter's, my wife's, and I's sandwiches were made sloppy and messy, not to mention they completely forgot to give us my son's chicken nuggets! All the sandwiches and nuggets were the meal and large sized but when I got home, the fries sure didn't look large. So, we were shorted some there as well. MY WIFE AND I FELT SO BAD FOR OUR SON CAUSE THEY FORGOT HIS NUGGETS AND SHORTED HIS FRIES, SO THE POOR KID THOUGHT HE WASN'T GOING TO HAVE ANYTHING TO EAT, LUCKILY, I HAD ORDERED 2 SANDWICHES FOR MYSELF AND FRIES. SO, I ENDED UP HAVING TO SPLIT MY FOOD WITH HIM SO HE COULD EAT DINNER(WHICH I WOULD DO ANYDAY FOR MY FAMILY) We live 20-25 mins away from there, and yes I'm partially to blame for not doing a better job checking the food, but I didn't think there would have been any problems with the order considering there was only 1 other customer, besides me, that was there during that time frame at night.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. The lady at the counter ignored us after we made a point to say hi multiple times. Lost our business immediately. We can not believe there are other comments saying they were ignored as well.

There was a big spot of mold on one of the buns.. So gross! I'm glad it didn't get ate. It was after 10pm so it was dark in our car and we got home to find it had mold... do better Arby's!!

Arby’s Never Misses!
Arby’s always hits the spot. The roast beef sandwiches are iconic, but lately I’ve been hooked on their Market Fresh sandwiches and curly fries — so good! The staff at my local Arby’s are friendly and fast, and my order is always hot and fresh. If you’re craving something different than the usual burger and fries, Arby’s is the move. Keep up the great work!
Service was the worst I have ever had or seen anywhere. Blatantly ignored you while you stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting on service and to even be acknowledged. When asked the young man behind the counter was very disrespectfully greeted with I know what I’m doing and I trying to get it done. Well when my order was finally taken no surprise to me that Mr. I know what I’m doing doesn’t know what he is doing cause I order a Ruben and an apple turnover however I received a turkey sandwich and a cookie. I had to clean my own table, no napkins. The place was disgusting and dirty, and the people were downright hideous and looked like they hadn’t showered and bathe in days. Besides not having no name tags in a public work environment their attitudes were more than enough to turn you away if you were looking for good service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I would travel 100 miles before going back.

Left ingredients off my sandwich, cut our wrap halfway and to where it was impossible to eat without dropping the fillings everywhere. And that is after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru. Staff was friendly.
