Service was the worst I have ever had or seen anywhere. Blatantly ignored you while you stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting on service and to even be acknowledged. When asked the young man behind the counter was very disrespectfully greeted with I know what I’m doing and I trying to get it done. Well when my order was finally taken no surprise to me that Mr. I know what I’m doing doesn’t know what he is doing cause I order a Ruben and an apple turnover however I received a turkey sandwich and a cookie. I had to clean my own table, no napkins. The place was disgusting and dirty, and the people were downright hideous and looked like they hadn’t showered and bathe in days. Besides not having no name tags in a public work environment their attitudes were more than enough to turn you away if you were looking for good service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I would travel 100 miles before going back.

They have the meats, as long as you’re willing to be a little patient. Generally, however, if I’m going to eat fast food it needs to be, well, fast. If I have to sit in the drive thru for 10+ minutes (without there being a line), I start to question my choices a little more than I would like.
They’ve always got my order right, but it’s never been on the speedy side. It’s seldom busy, but don’t let the lack of line trick you into thinking that you’ll just slide through and be on your way with a quick meal.

The Arby's in Shelbyville Indiana is thee worst place in service the nightly manager is the rudest unfriendly manager ever all my family and friends complains about him I ordered a bun without seeds cuz I can't eat seeds cuz of my diverticulitis so when I order bun with out seeds I get pitch black buns that was not totally even worth eating but they won't stay in service very much longer due to this manager at drive-thru. Enough is enough. Wish I could upload the picture that I had taken

Poor customer service didn't give me the correct change the guy on the register was rude and making comments under his breath like Jesus Christ as soon as I get up to the counter I tried reaching out to the store but the number isn't working or they shut the phones off so no one can call my order total was 20.04$ I paid 25.00$ I should have gotten 4.96$ back I will be going there after work today to get a full refund and never going back again they were great until recently
