So the soda machine is down I order a meal that comes with a drink. They have posted that shakes and lemonade or tea are the options to choose from. After asking if the shake is not going to be an upscale and should stay the same as if I’m ordering a reg. Coke. The person taking my order said no it is priced higher as a receptive it not our fault the soda machine is down. I replied it’s not my fault that the soda machine is down and now I’m being upcharged because I ordered the lemonade to substitute for their soda machine being down. Arby’s you can do better. This is a management problem. Take care of your customer base. The price for the up sale is going to cause you customer dissatisfaction. Oh I just got to the window got the lemonade and no ice. I asked if it was was down too. He said yes it is all down. I’m giving Arby’s a break until they can get their store operating properly.

They let a door Dasher that wasn't assigned to my order take my food and when door dash contacted the store the manager refused to remake my food this is the worst experience I've ever had with any fast food place it was your mess up and you should have corrected it but that's ok just know your store will be reported.

So. Advertise a big honkin BLT but in actuality serve a lettuce and tomato sandwich with a sprinkle of bacon crumbs. I mean literally an inch of lettuce 2 tomato slices and a sprinkle of bacon crumbs. Wished I would have taken a picture but I was too pissed and wanted to return the sandwich before the rest of my order got cold. And the replacement wasn't much better. Just a larger pile of bacon crumbs. Thanks for making me drive up there twice. DO BETTER!

I frequent this location quite often and I’ve never had a more widely inconsistent experience. 20% of the time it’s insanely good and makes you crave more. The other 80% of the time you get stuff like below which is a slider made with a chicken nugget that wasn’t even edible because it was rock solid.

Tables and sets needed cleaned. Other than that, it was great service. The bench we went to sit at had sticky juice dried up on it. There was only a little family of 4 there at the time. So employees should had been able to clean.
