This has to be the worst place to eat at. It should just be shut down nothing good ever comes out of bellacinos and the manager Ashley, literally ALWAYS on her phone I’ve never seen someone so glued and calling on it never mind that the food here is disgusting and way overpriced at that if I could rate this one star I would. Never again. Just close down Carmen.

I'd like to start off by saying this place only got 1 star rating because ZERO wasn't an option. Ordered a meatball ball sub sandwich without the peppers and onions and they brought it to the table 30mins later with no marinara sauce what so ever dressed with lettuce and tomatoes. Asked if that would be alright since they made it that way. Another person in our dinner party ordered a steak sandwich with no mushrooms due to allergies and the sandwich showed up also over 30mins later with mushrooms on it. One person actually got to eat their sandwich which was also served incorrectly and came out well before the other sandwiches. A total of 45mins had passed so we asked for a refund. We were told they could only remake the food at first so we asked for a manager which the person had to call. So obviously no manager on duty. After the employee spoke with the manager she came back and told us NO REFUND could be given and they'd remake the food with 20% off. Total BS. Waiting on a remake that would take 30mins or more at a lame 20% discount wasn't acceptable at all. So we had to leave with never receiving any food or our money back. Will have to call visa and stop payment. Extremely unprofessional and if anyone plans on going to this establishment I'd STRONGLY RECONSIDER and choose another place to eat.

I went there with a couple of family members. I ordered first and received my food first. They are using bacon bits on the sandwiches and shredded yellow cheese. My family members ordered a steak sandwich w/o mushrooms (allergy) and a meatball sub with no veggies. Their order came out over 30 minutes later both wrong. There were mushrooms on the steak and veggies on the meatball and no sauce! They decided they wanted a refund since it was nearly 8:15. The person at the register had to call her boss. They refused a refund and said they could re-make the sandwiches or give them a 20% coupon. I believe the restaurant has changed ownership. This is the 2nd time my food was subpar. Their customer service and value has really declined! Such a disappointment!

Food wasn't correct and the girls working was NOT friendly at all. When we ask for our money back was told they couldn't do it to call the manager. I called the manager and left my name and number. Needless to say NO call back. I do NOT recommend....

I took my wife for her birthday thinking she would love this place. I had ate there before. The place was completely empty when we walked in. I think there were 3 young ladies working. We ordered at the counter I wanted penne pasta with meat sauce and was told they didn't have penne so I had tortellini with meat sauce and meatballs with a side salad specifically said No Onions. My wife ordered a garden salad and pulled pork nachos specifically No Onions. Totaled like 49.00 bucks. Wow Then we got our drinks and had a seat. After about 15-20 minutes later while listening to them complaining about even being there our food came out and not very impressive. My side salad had onions in it my tortellini was missing the meatballs my wife's salad and nachos both had onions. So disappointed I took the food back up there and they offered to remake the food I was so upset I walked out and my wife asked for a refund and was told no she would have to call the GM so we tried to call the GM and you know they didn't have voicemail and couldn't reach anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Pizza was spot on and just what we wanted. Seen a table that had ordered grinders. Next time, we're getting those. Yummy.

Good place but a little ghetto. Bathroom doors dont lock. ( they have locks but they can easily be unlocked from the outside). Also they don't have a working ice machine, instead they have a ice bucket. With that said i would eat here again

Pizza was good, but a little shy on toppings.

Small hole in the wall place. My wife has to be gluten free and they took utmost care to make sure there was no cross contamination. My wife was well pleased and we will add Bellacinos to our rotation. Couldn't have been more pleased!
