Appetizer was delicious other than being a bit salty. Elk rack entree was very gamey tasting and overpriced. Tenderloin entree was overpriced and taste was bland and did not have a good flavor. It looked decent but lacked flavor. Very good service and ambience but is just not that great food wise. Would not return.

I adored this cute little restaurant. The food was delicious! I will definitely be back! I got the lobster roll with the Mac and cheese. Lots of flavor! So yummy!

It took an hour to get our order put in, then another half hour to get the food. Steaks were tough and undercooked, mashed potatoes tasted like they used movie theater popcorn butter, carrots were downright nasty, chicken cordon Bleu had no flavor. Bam bam chicken appeared to come from a box of frozen fried shrimp from Walmart. Very disappointed group. We were given refills for our drinks only after we were ready to leave. High prices for this quality. Will not be back.

The food took a really long time to come out. Out of 7 of us one person enjoyed part of their food. Steaks were tough, no flavor and under cooked. Chicken was tough and no flavor. Glazed carrots were terrible, garlic potatoes were terrible, alfredo sauce was watery and no flavor. The sodas, sweet tea, shrimp cocktail, and pork loin were good. We will not be going back. Our waitress was sweet, but it seemed like she was doing all the jobs :(

Bit too noisy making it difficult to hear guests at my table. Escargot was salty but otherwise tasty. Suggest “fancier” bread to be used for dipping (appeared to be basic loaf bread slices cut into quarters and barely toasted).

Jessie was our waitress and she was FABULOUS! Very attentive, explained the specials with such wonderful description, friendly, and did not hurry us. The Food is TOP-NOTCH, we have been coming here for years and the NEVER disappoints!!

Delightful venue and truly professional servers! Nice drink menu and the food menu is very creative. The cashew/honey baked Brie appetizer is super. Our whole experience was wonderful, except for one little thing...no, I take that back - overcooking a nice piece of fish is a big thing. Maybe just don't order the fish if that is their standard. Overall, recommended.

Mediocre food. Service was great but the food was just boring. We got the scallops (special) appetizer and and the baby back ribs appetizer and they were both cold. My husband got the tenderloin and he said it was good but my paella was the worst I've ever had. My son's sausage and penne pasta was Not worth the money. Don't waste your time or money.

We love Blue River Bistro but this time was not a fantastic experience. Specially service was way below what we have experienced over the last 7 years (we come every other year to ski).

Went out for wife's birthday dinner on our trip to Breckenridge. Was excellent in all areas.

Great service and atmosphere! The food was amazing from the bang bang shrimp to the chicken soubise. 10/10 would recommend!!

We first dined here last year while on vacation. This year we came back to the restaurant twice. The food is outstanding and the service excellent. We'll be back again next time we visit Breckenridge!

the bartender threw our menu downs without so much as a greeting (younger guy, not the man who was working service). we've been to this restaurant several times and this just wasn't it.
