When arriving there was a 10 minute wait and plenty of tables. After being seated our orders were taken, but it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks. The food took about 30. The food I didn’t mind waiting on, but I was very disappointed having to wait 20 minutes for a drink. If it wasn’t for the food being good I would have rated this a 1-2 star experience.
This is a clean restaurant inside of Horseshoe Casino. The food is bar food. It’s nothing special. Still good. Just nothing to for just to eat. It’s satisfying if you’re there and hungry. The food is served hot. The staff is friendly.
Food was meh but our service was great. Our server was Trudy. Super nice and very helpful with menu choices. We both had the Meatloaf platter. It is served with green beans, baked potato, and two hefty slices of meatloaf with BBQ sauce and onion petals. It was all just ok. We had to send the Meatloaf back because it wasn't hot.
