Not sure what the hype was/is about this place. Green beans were awful, chicken was just OK. The best part of the meal was the fried biscuits with the apple butter. Not a fan, overall.

Saw that this place was on the list as one of the ten best chicken places in Indiana. We decided to road trip here just to find out. It did not disappoint. The chicken is cooked fresh after you order so dont be in a big hurry. Everything came out piping hot and was delicious. The service here was outstanding. This restaurant is very clean and well kept. It is very easy to find using Google Maps. There is plenty of free parking around the building.
Started out as a family owned business and the new owner has kept the menu practically unchanged. The chicken is always good along with the mashed potatoes and gravy.

My granddaughters and I stopped in to check out their comfort food menue. They were out of the tenders, so they were sad. But they tried something else.The fried chicken hit the spot with me.We will try this again for sure.
My husband and I made a day trip over to Shelbyville, TN and while there, we stopped in to have a bite to eat. What a cute place this is! The food was delicious, large portions, great prices and the service was great too! Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

We were on our way home from Cincinnati and I looked up nearby restaurants. Although it was a quaint place and staff was very nice, we felt the chicken meal (1 breast) was just okay. It was fairly tender but lacked seasoning. Same goes for the potato wedges, they just lacked flavor. We do love seasonings though. Ha. The cherry cobbler was good, but I didn't care for the "raved about" cream pie at all.

Passing through town from Cincinnati.Wife and I got the fried chicken. It was super moist and tender. Seasoned just right.Their fruit cobblers were great too.And the waiter was busting his butt to help everyone.He was super friendly! A+
