Food was reheated, asked for ketchup and it took 18 minutes to get it my food was cold my wifes chicken tenders were reheated and were very hard. The waitress was very unpleasant and I spoke with the manager and the just said sorry not very good place

We came in one day last week and we had the best time! Service was amazing and everything was perfect. We had Kesley as our server and she did an amazing job! Very attentive and sweet we will definitely be back again!!

Unbelievably bad! My Grilled Chicken salad consisted of FROZEN BROWN lettuce,FROZEN cucumbers, a few slices of chicken and few cherry tomatoes (not frozen). Last time you'll ever see me in a Cracker Barrel!

We waited almost an hour on our steak dinner. I had to get the manager involved to get service. I asked for my steak to be medium rare and it came out over cooked. They cooked another steak to replace it. It was the poorest service we have ever gotten at cracker barrel.

Steak was so tuff couldn’t chew it up enough, out if Ribs on rib Saturday, so steak was second choice anyway, baked potato was sticky, biscuits were good. Anymore Cracker Barrel is a hit or miss if the food is fresh.

I know the weather has been exceptionally cold but even sitting next to the fire in the dining room. We were still cold while eating our meal. It did make our food cold as well. Other than that we had a great experience
