April is an absolute ANGEL! I waited in line for over 20 minutes after placing a mobile order and was worried my drink would be watered down and the cold foam melted. But as soon as I got to the window, April greeted me with a bright smile even though she was clearly busy. She kindly asked me to wait a moment so she could top off my cold foam (it’s like she read my mind!). On top of that, she gave my dog a pup cup and even handed me a cute sticker. Truly above-and-beyond service, what an amazing woman!

I went to this Dunkin today and had the best experience I was served by a worker named Marlee and she made sure that my entire order was correct even tho I order a lot of things this overall made my experience 10 times better please continue hiring people like her

I started going to dunkin again after few months. Not impressed once again. They truly don't know how to make the different coffees. I got a coffee that was with a cream base and ended up with a plain coffee with only cold foam on top! Went a second time and took 20 min just to get 2 sandwiches.

I placed my first ever Dunkin order on the app on 7/27/24 around 3p. I ordered $24 worth of donuts. I expected the app to tell me if something was out of stock, all other apps I've used do. I get to the store and they only had 1 type of donut left. No big deal, I realize it's late in the day. I asked if they could just cancel my order. They said yes, but I would have to request a refund through the app. This is where my complaint starts. I requested a refund and got a standardized email back that asks how I want my refund. I'm not upset at this point, so I say just put it on a Dunkin card on my profile. I'll try again some other time. I then get an email back that says my case has been escalated to the store management and I should hear something within two days. By this time it's Wed 7/31. I wait until Friday late in the day to email back and say I haven't heard anything, but I really just want a refund and don't need my case escalated. They pretty much respond with too bad, it's already escalated. Another two days go by, I still haven't heard from anyone. I email again, no response to this day. So about 8/5 I get back on the app and just start the process from the beginning. I get the same standard email response, how would you like your refund. This time I say refund it to my credit card, because now I'm mad. I get the same email back, your case has been escalated, someone will reach out to you in 2 days. No one has reached out to me and it's now 8/14/24. I've given up and will never go there again. So be careful when using the app. I've never had this much trouble with any other app purchases.
