Steak was fantastic. Salmon was delicious. Calamari was delicious. Service was good. Ambiance was nice.
Ribeye was just OK. Filet was inedible. I used Caesars credits to pay for the meal. Otherwise I would have sent it all back and demanded a full refund. Don’t go there

Jack Binion's is always perfect!! The food is consistently delicious! The service is always perfect!!! A manager always stops by to see how things are going!! We love this place!! Kim is a wonderful server! Heather is doing a great job as manager and luckily we still get to occasionally see Natalie coming through! Keep up the good work!! And I don't know how to spell his name but Jorge even knows exactly how much butter to bring us with our rolls!!! It's just a wonderful place to visit!!
Kyle is the bartender & best server. The other bartender is also attentive and makes sure we have everything. They work together to make sure the patrons have what they need. Food was also amazing
Kim was our waitress and was so amazing. Very attentive and friendly. We had the goat cheese as an appetizer and it was so good. I had the king salmon and my husband had the pork chops and both were so great. Lastly I ate the crème brûlée and my husband had the triple chocolate cake for dessert and those were great as well. There wasn't a thing we had last night that we didn't care for and will most definitely be back.
Overall I would say the drinks were good, waitress and staff were awesome. My ribeye was to be medium well but it was very well and almost inedible. Also the shrimp and polenta appetizer was not very good. Drinks were very good and sides were good. Salads were awesome.
10% capacity and give you snooty remarks about how 1 person couldn’t get a reservation for tonight as they are full up, even in the bar. Literally 29 open seats at the bar

I don’t know if there has been a huge change in leadership and food vendors, but this place has gone downhill. Waitress forgot to return to our table. Waited 30 minutes for a check. Steak was not cooked to temperature and was cold when arrived. Steak quality here is definitely not what it used to be. Will not return. The restaurant atmosphere was nice and clean.

Went to dinner with my wife and 2 other couples. 2 hrs. & 15 minutes later, I finally finished my cold Oscar style filet. Took about an hour in between my lobster bisque and main course. Sat with an empty beer for most of the dinner. Workers were asking us what we ordered and how long we had been there. They were also surprised the waitress hadn't told us there was a mile long back-up in the kitchen. Place wasn't even busy. Worst dining experience I've had in a long time. Luckily we were a good group and the conversation was good - that was the only good part about the place. Waitress messed up the checks. Went for birthday, forgot to bring us desert, wasn't going to ask either. Save yourself some time and money and go anywhere else but here. Check out the other reviews, seems to be happening pretty regularly.
Our server Travis was absolutely wonderful. We were seated late. Many food items were not available. We waited for our food forever. It took probably one and a half hours to get our food. After our appetizer came out we waited another hour for our food. Our daughter and I had the filet with the crab Oscar. Whatever they put on the steaks to sear it was so unbelievably HOT!!!!!!! IN SPICE. I was thankful we ordered the potatoes because it helped with the burning in our throats. We were very disappointed last night. We were celebrating our daughters 40th birthday. It was their first time there. I told them that we have never experienced anything like this before. We will go back again I am sure. It was just a bad night in the kitchen for whatever reason. Travis made the evening fun. For he was really kind to all of us. Have a Blessed day. Always remember to smile even if it's for yourself because your important to.
Steaks were overcooked. One $60+ filet and one $60+ ribeye. Both were odered medium but they were well done. The Caesar's salad was good. The atmosphere was more like a bar than a steak house. I would not recommend eating there.
Because many people were using their diamond or seven star meal coupons, the staff decided not to offer the Tomahawk steak. The manager said based on how many reservations they have that's how they decide if they're gonna offer the steak or not. I think that's a ridiculous concept. Because people drive 40 minutes to an hour and a half to get to the restaurant and then they're told where they came for is not offered..
Reserved a table for one, but was ushered to bar - where bartender was overwhelmed servicing rest of restaurant. Ribeye was uncharacteristically tough, lobster bisque was disappointing.
