Jimmy John's is always good. The young lady that was working in the drive-thru needs a little more training. She did not get our sandwiches right. We also had to repeat ourselves numerous times. The sandwiches are always great, even if we had to take the tomato off of it. 😆

The gentleman who recently has started at the Shelbyville, Indiana store is definitely a hard worker. He was the only 1 who took our order, made our food and cleaned tables, stocked items etc over the young ones that were on their devices. He's your hard worker!

This is the worst Jimmy John’s location (Shelbyville). They are NOT freaky fast. And awful customer service service that treats customers like they’re a bother.

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru. 5 minutes of that my sandwiches were sitting next to the register ready to be bagged. No napkins and terrible sandwiches with too much dressing on both. Done here.

I love jimmyjohns but the shelbyville indiana location is a joke! Every time I try to oder for delivery there is a sorry excuse like we are out of bread! We have no driver. Sorry we're closing early. I'm tired of the excuses it may be time for new management!
