The absolute worst professionalism and customer service yet of any restaurant I have ever been to in my life.
I placed a rather large order an hour and a half before we needed it, order went through fine got the information to track it said expect delivery between 6:30 p.m. 6:35 p.m. which would have been perfect to feed a bunch of hungry preteens and teenagers and get them out the door by 7:00 7:15. at 6:40 still no word from Little Caesars so I called. went there tonight it was jammed and only two people working at 6pm. the guy working the front was amazing kept his cool and was polite and friendly. person in the back was slamming pizza in as fast as they could. great job you two. you should be giving a raise.
Worst customer service experience I've ever had. By far. I won't be going back. Cussing heard coming from the employees in the back. Watched a cashier get mouthy with a customer. Manager never stepped in during altercation between a customer and cashier.
