Shakes not mixed up, asked for light ice and the lady working the window was rude about it. Not coming back to this one. DUMB. All the other McDonald’s have great service and staff around.. with the exception of the ones in town.
So my husband and I go to this McDonald's a lot. so much we know the employees names. They know our order. This morning walked into a female manager yelling at the employees. She was hateful. She was rude too. There was no please or thank you. She even hateful to another manager. All you heard was her boisterous voice! obnoxious! The poor employees' looked frazzled. She needs to learn people skills. Very disappointing.

However, the service can sometimes be inconsistent, with reports of unprofessional behavior by some employees.
