This place got too expensive for me, I won't go back in there.

We ordered a grilled cheese with bacon sandwich and an Italian cold sub. We sat there for 45 min watching other people's orders delivered that came in after us. When they finally brought ours out the Italian it was a chicken bacon ranch we sent it back to have them correct the sandwich. It never came out! We waited another 15 min then they brought a cold grllilled cheese without bacon on it, We requested them to add the bacon, they did after another 5 min which now the grill cheese is now cold as a stone. We requested our money back which they did. We will not be going back to PS.

I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER OVER THIS SITUATION!! DUE TO MY HEALTH CONDITIONS, MY WIFE IS MY CAREGIVER. A WEEK AGO, SHE ENDED UP HAVING TO BE PUT INTO THE HOSPITAL AND HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY. DUE TO SOME COMPLICATIONS, SHE'S STILL IN THE HOSPITAL SO I'M HAVING TO DO THE BEST I CAN TO NOT ONLY TAKE CARE OF MYSELF, BUT ALSO OUR TWO KIDS. SO ON 9-20-25, THE KIDS AND I WANTED A COUPLE OF SUBS AND SAW THAT YOU GUYS CLOSED AT 10PM. I DROVE 20 MINUTES AND GOT THERE AT 9:40 AND COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS ALREADY CLOSED. THERE WERE NO LIGHTS ON, NO EMPLOYEES AROUND, NOTHING, BUT THE HOURS ON THE WEBSITE SAID 10PM AND THE DOOR SAID 10PM. IF THE HOURS POSTED SAY A CERTAIN TIME, YOU SHOULD STAY OPEN UNTIL THAT TIME. THAT'S WHAT WAS SO FRUSTRATING ABOUT THE SITUATION IS THE 20 MINUTES IT TOOK TO GET THERE(WHICH IS GAS), THE TIME ITSELF, BUT ALSO THE FEELING OF BEING LIED TO AND FEELING AS A CUSTOMER THAT MY BUSINESS IS NOT IMPORTANT.

Slow customer service for not being that busy. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki sandwich. The sandwich only had chicken and cheese on it. The chicken didn't taste like Teriyaki. It didn't taste seasoned at all. The fries were not crispy and they were lukewarm. They were mushy like they had been sitting for a while. Definitely not impressed with this location.

It's all right. The bread is soft product is fresh but everything kind of got mushy like there was no texture in the sandwich. I don't know it just didn't seem like it was firing on all cylinders. Service was nice but not exceptional and a lot of the tables were dirty

Well run store. Very clean and organized. Fast friendly service. Great food! We had the club grilled, and the Italian toasted with fries and lemonades. Very good.

Great area for a quick stop off the hwy. They had a nice festival in town while I was there. Down to earth people. Very nice. Clean place.
