I moved away 5 years ago and this place is worth moving back for. The coffee is amazing no artificial fake flavors. Food just as good I have been coming back everyday of my trip!
I loved this place! The service was great, I ordered the BLT without bacon and the lady working there gave me extra tomato to make up for it ? the ingredients were so fresh and tasted great. The fall latte was DELICIOUS I absolutely loved the flavors! I will be back for sure ❤️

The decor and music are both very cool at Porter Coffee. The Prom night breakfast sandwich is so good! Maddie and Dawn always make me feel welcome. It’s nice to have a coffee place in Shelbyville that isn’t a chain and has an individual feel to it.

I don't live in Shelbyville so I frequent the Mocha Moose in Rushville and The Branch in Greensburg in addition to this shop, but I have to say this one is one of my favorites of all time. The fresh brewed coffee is AMAZING! Perfect flavor and never burnt! The scones and biscuits and gravy are also fantastic. My fiancee's only gripe was that the man checking her out wouldn't let her substitute the bread on one of their sandwiches for a bagel. The atmosphere is very comforting in style with music popular amongst Millennials. I only wish I lived closer!!
