Disappointing that they have cut their hours here. Maybe there wasn’t much business being generated but I think it’s a shame not to have something open a little earlier. Or at least toss some vending machines if you can’t staff it or it doesn’t generate revenue.

Horrible experience. The pit bosses and employees don't seem to have much care for integrity or morality. I was playing freebet blackjack with my wife and betting on the "pot of gold" side bet nearly every hand. I was primarily betting 25 dollars on the pot of gold side bet each hand and went up to 50 per hand on it for 8 hands. I didn't get the sidebet for the first 7 of those 50 dollar bets, and the house happily took my side bets. I hit it the 8th time with 3 gold coins for a large win that should have been over 1000 total. The dealer calls over the pit boss, says something about my side bet being 50 dollars and the pit boss says "throw it back" in which he took half of my bet off the pot of gold, tossed it back to me and told the dealer to pay me for 25. The whole table including myself were confused and flabbergasted. When I asked why they just did that and aren't paying me I was told "the max bet for that is 25 dollars". I did not see anything in writing anywhere attesting to this, nor did they day anything when I bet 50 a hand the previous 7 times and lost, resulting in the house keeping it all. Very scammy and dishonest casino. Will be going to the gaming commission, thankfully my uncle is a pretty high up person with the organization.

The two girls were back chatting not working as the tables were dirty and the trash was over flowing. Should use time better.

Terrible casino. 90% of the videopoker machines were turned off. Many slot machines were disabled as well. Minimal staff .. The casino was better before it turned into Horseshoe. An embarrassment to the name. Don’t bother going.

They could up their game some what, but I guess it's Indiana and not Las Vegas.
