Young man that waited on us was rude and dismissive when asking to fix my drink that was incorrect twice. Drink was still incorrect the 3rd time around . Had sarcastic remarks about doing his job right when I asked to fix it . Will not be going back to this location.

530pm and they act like they are closing. Order was wrong it happens however be nice when I am not the one who messed up the order

Hands down the worst experience in a Starbucks I have ever had. The lack of care from employees was like nothing I have ever seen. I waited 15 minutes after I ordered an Americano and I walked in with 4 customers in front of me. Guy working the drive thru should have a hat on his long hair. Sending an employee for a break when you have 15 people waiting for drinks is a poor call.

I usually only order and go instead of sitting in. But I have absolutely no complaints! Their indoor seating is always clean and tidy. The manager at this location is wonderful. Whenever she is there, I have a great experience. I am always treated kindly and my order is always made correctly.

I did a mobile order, and got there early so I sat in the parking lot to wait. When I went in to get my order, the door was locked with no sign. I got in the drive thru to get my order and waited several minutes. I tried calling to cancel my order because I didn’t have time to wait the additional time that I already waited but no one picked up.

When I received my order through drive-thru, the guy at the window didn’t even bother to say one word to me or simply a hello would have been appreciated. For my personal preferences I order my iced espresso with little ice… my drink was filled to the brim with ice.

Jojo, the new manager at Starbucks, was a very disrespectful person. The moment my husband asked if he could please get a raw sugar, he was respectful and kind with which we always treat people in customer service. This supposed new manager insulted us and closed the window in our faces. We always choose Starbucks, but really, with people like that who provide customer service, we will have to make the decision not to choose Starbucks again until they have Hispanic or American staff who are professionals in their duty. Something like this has never happened before and it is very, very unfortunate how people in customer service can devalue another person and their own work so much.
