Workers don't seem to know what they are doing. Order one of the sandwiches that are on the menu and they ask me what's on it. The portions of meat are also a joke, bar anything on my sandwich.

This place is a joke. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up, the employee told me they were cancelling my order(I believe because they didn't want to honor the buy one get one free deal from the APP) and that I would have my money back within 24 hours. They didn't even cancel the order. They completed it like I picked it up. I can't even speak to anyone because they don't answer their phone and the mailbox is full. Just out there robbing people and getting away with it...lol. I guess the jokes on me!

This subway has been problematic for years. I’ve been double charged from this establishment twice in the past and the most recent visit I ordered online for pickup. When I went to pickup my order they said they were “out of bread” so they couldn’t give me any food. They told me to “call corporate” to get a refund. I was in contact with the owner who said no refunds to which I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. My bank said that this has happened plenty of times with this location (inside Walmart Shelbyville) Stop stealing from customers. Y’all are greedy. They basically try to give you the runaround and hope you get tired thinking it’s only $7-$10 but I’m petty. They will also remove reviews and have their friends and family put in fake 5 star reviews. This place sucks.

This place is awesome first time i get subway very well basically really appreciate to the staff that both girl and boy so amazing, whether in talktive and in making subway both people is working very very good i love this place 10 stars i am giving to this place basically to this staff. All subway needs people like this luv u both of them and their profession.
