My food is cold by the time you get done weighing it on a scale that never works! The scales are absolutely destroying my appetite and time I have to eat! So please throw the damn scales in the trash! Your customers want to eat when it's done. Go weight your orders somewhere else. The idea was good, but it's not effective! The weighting process is slowing down the whole business!

Went threw the drive threw and the service was awful very rude nothing was prepared had to wait 30 mins to get our food the fries were all squishy and not even cooked all the way they didn't even give us our straws or spoons and when they came out to give us our food she just rushed to hang us the food basically almost dropping our drinks wendys needs better staff who isn't rude

I grabbed some chicken nuggets for my kid and a couple hours later she's violently throwing up and I'm cleaning up undercooked chicken off my daughter's clothes. Shift boss assured me that "standards were followed" blah blah. I'm more inclined to think it was getting close to a smoke break. Salmonella is a real issue. Even more so for young kids. And if a refund is the best offer at reconciliation you can offer instead of actually being a manager and making sure it doesn't happen again, then you should find somewhere else to work.

This Wendy's always messes up my order. I ordered a single with no cheese add tomato lettuce onion and Mayo I got it with cheese tomato lettuce, mayo NO ONION. CHILI WAS COLD. WENDYS ON North Riley highway is the best hands down. Will go there in future!
