Everything in Shelbyville is soul sucking aside from this Wendy's in particular.
Shelbyville is the second most terrible town in Indiana after Evansville. The people are rude and dim, no one knows how to drive, and the overall vibe is depressing. I dread whenever I have to go to Shelbyville for work related purposes.
However, this Wendy's is probably the town's one redeeming factor. Every time I go there the staff is very pleasant and quick and the food is hotter and fresher than any other Wendy's I've visited.
If you're ever unfortunate enough to find yourself in Shelbyville and are hungry I highly recommend this Wendy's. They'll make you forget where you are.

I drove to the drive threw some have the high pole to keep big trucks out this didn't so you know I can go to window with out getting out to do busness. So yeah so I can't tell you about bathrooms or inside .. thanks peeps.
They forgot a nugget out of a 4 piece (only 3) and then got my burger super wrong even after I confirmed it twice. $13 for basically 3 nuggets and a fry since I was in a hurry and they had a long line. Thanks guys ?

The saucy chicken nuggets are a joke. They come with little to no sauce then you ask for extra they charge you put little bit on there and then still barely any sauce and ask for a little bit more they said we will have to charge u even more. So basically get charged 2 times for extra sauce to get the normal amount that they advertise. So in other words false advertising. These places are purposely not putting enough sauce so they can get more money out of you just to get normal amount. Bad experience with the saucy nuggets will not get anymore had them 3 times and not as advertised. Over all everything else they are good on. The saucy chicken nuggets are not worth it.

I must say that Wendys has the best fastfood hamburgers ! I love their BIGGIE DEALS!! FOOD WAS FRESH AND HOT! The window cashier was friendly and had a smile on her face.. I think if you're happy at your job it makes others take notice and smile .. ?
