I’m updating my previous review because this experience topped the last one—and not in a good way. I placed an online takeout order about 40 minutes before closing (9:20 pm). When I arrived, there was only one customer at the bar and one family preparing to leave, so the restaurant was clearly not busy. I went straight to the bar where takeout orders are picked up and waited while the bartender continued wiping down counters and bottles. He looked directly at me multiple times but ignored me completely. Eventually, from the other end of the bar, he asked if I was there for a takeout order. A waitress then came over to help, I gave her my name and order details, and she went to check with the kitchen. She returned and told me my order wasn’t ready yet—even though it should have been done about 15 minutes earlier. Shortly after, the cook placed an order on the pickup rack, but no one acknowledged me. I continued waiting, already paid and clearly the only pickup customer. Then the cook came out, asked my name, and realized my order had been given to another customer by mistake. I showed my confirmation receipt, and he told me he would need to remake the order—meaning more waiting. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of the issues. When I got home, my dipping sauce was missing, and my wings were coated in sauce instead of being plain with sauce on the side, as ordered. 1☆ for kindness —when I was actually acknowledged. And every issue I experienced, I deducted a ☆, resulting in a 1☆ review. I’ve been to this restaurant 2x, and both visits have been disappointing. I specifically avoid busy times due to my work schedule, expecting better service when staff have the time to provide it, but that hasn’t been the case!

I came to Wings Etc. for wings, not wildlife. Within five minutes of sitting down, I realized I’d stumbled into a bug documentary with ants marching across the table like they’d made a reservation. My plate arrived with a bonus ingredient as well, a long hair that clearly didn’t come from the french fries.
By the time my “meal” was over, I was convinced I’d been cast in a prank show. The staff was friendly enough, but unless you’re into extra protein (ants) and surprise garnishes (hair), I’d suggest trying literally anywhere else.

Girlfriend was excited to try it for the 1st time ever. They've only been open for week, so I'll go back again and change review accordingly. But parking lot was pretty crowded which is too be expected. But we got there and ordered 2 meals and it took 40 minutes to get our food. The food was pretty good though and there is a big variety for people to choose from. However, the wait is a little extensive for 2 meals.
Like I said though first week or so open so I'll revisit and change review accordingly. But if you like wings and stuff I'd at least try it

Got dinner at Wings Etc last night and had Trinity as our server! She was absolutely amazing! She was fast and kind. She checked on us multiple times! Best service I’ve had in a long time! Definitely will be coming back again thanks to her great service and the amazing food!

Came in and literally stood upfront for 10-15 minutes. No one else was in the restaurant. Bartenders stayed at the bar texting in their phones. Luckily we were both over 21 and just walked into the bar area. Server was rude and acted annoyed by us seating ourselves like we had a choice. This was lunch on a Sunday. I normally come in night shift and it’s great. That’s why I give it the 2 starts. Definitely won’t be back for lunch hours
They have changed the chicken tenders. Awful. Also the muchrooms were hardly bigger than a pencil eraser. Won't waste your money. Should have kept the original chicken tenders.
