Overall filthy, terrible service, even for Seven Star members. They are doing construction and have tightened the slots - in July at Horseshoe I won 2 grand jackpots and 14 other hand pay jackpots. Harrah’s nothing but losses.

Since Caesars took over it's the worst casino I've ever been at in the last 20 years. I wish Caesars would leave Indiana and new ones would come in because that place is nothing but stealing money and getting by with it legally. When you go to a casino and can't hit a bonus and play money like let's say a $1.50 and spend the night there and spend $4,000 and never hit a bonus it's and never hit anything then something is very wrong. This is highway robbery I don't know who these people think they are but I wish they'd leave Indiana bring back grand you people suck and the place needs to be shut down because you're stealing the people's money for your own benefits. Better yet you need to be sued. There should be a law against let places like this get by with what they are doing. It all adds up to greed. As of June 18th Caesars was worth 20 billion dollars. I would say that it is probably much more then that. All Caesars are owned by Vicki properties and they're buying up everything and there's like 10 or 12 of them and they're already millionaires and billionaires but they want more it's all about the greed. People need to start going to casinos that are not owned by Vicki properties check it out find the ones that aren't and maybe you'll hit Go to terre haute it's a whole lot better than Caesars Good luck people

Service is terrible. Very disorganized and understaffed.
We loved the colts burger but it was a little high in price but being inside a casino you have to expect that, the service was slow didn't seem to have enough help and the food took 45 minutes for 2 burgers but they are really good so we will return.

This place is AWFUL!!! Closes at “11” but really it’s 10:30pm. Tried to cash a ticket at 10:31 PM and Jerod the manager on duty said they couldn’t do that!!! So they can take your money at 10:30pm but can’t pay out at 10:31!!!! UNREAL!!!! Common sense!! It’s easy to treat Diamond Elite customers good but not here!!! Apparently!!!
