We were here on Saturday during the day before the Christmas parade so they were BUSY. Everyone working just kept grinding away and cranking the pretzels out, great service! The pretzels were fresh and delicious!

When I come to Shipshewana, I always get a JoJo's pretzel. Honestly, the best pretzels I've ever eaten (even better than Auntie Anne's, in my opinion.) I will continue to come here as often as I can when I'm in the Shipshewana area!

My wife and mother-in-law love this place!! So cool watching him make pretzels. Everybody was really nice, quick service but it was worth it!! They were delicious!! Must be great too there was a line that got real long... But not for long.
The staff is excellent and pleasant. Nice old fashion feel inside. Pretzel was pretty good. The dips could be a bit bigger but all in all super pleasing and will go back.

Adjacent side is kitchen cupboard coffee. New menu and counter design. Friendly place with nice baristas good coffee. WiFi is only 5Mbps however.
