I can see why it has a low rateing the service was incredibly slow for only having a few people food came out lukewarm but somehow burn at the same time have the chicken parmesan in the grilled cheeseburger neither were impressive only eat about half before starting to feel sick server was hard to find hosest walked around like a zombie completely unaware of his surroundings just over all not a good experience will definitely not be back

The floor was very dirty. A lot of food, dirt and paper on the floor where they sat our group of 6. Service was good. My salad was great my husband's meal was very dry. He had chicken breast and alfredo.

Extremely disappointed in the service and quality of food. Never thought that one could spoil the grilled salmon and mashed potatoes. But it was exactly what I got. Server never got my desert. Probably will be a long while before I think about going back again.

Their tables are so sticky it’s gross. It ruins everything else. If you go in the evening, be prepared to wait. Staff is not friendly and takes an attitude as if you are unconvincing them by being there. On Friday we went, and were told we could sit at the bar, we sat down and the bar tender snapped “it’s going to be a while before I get to you” sounding disgusted that we were there. We are usually willing to wait, but because she took an attitude and didn’t kindly say something like “hey, it will be just a minute I’m swamped.” We got up and left.
If you own a restaurant, staff your restaurant appropriately.

The hostess seemed like she was absolutely hating being there, the entire place was filthy, especially the ladies room, my green beans had stems and were mostly raw making them hard to chew, and my steak had hunks of white unrendered fat that should have been trimmed. Everything just looked so lazy

I’m deeply disappointed. This Applebee’s has truly fallen from grace. This marks the third time I’ve found hair wrapped inside my chicken fajita roll-up, which makes me wonder if the staff is allergic to proper hairnets and PPE. To make matters worse, they’re skimping with rock-bottom cheap tortillas that ruin the whole dish. I can’t fathom what’s going on at this location. Compared to the Applebee’s in Benton Harbor, it’s downright horrendous.

I requested to be sat at the bar, but the hostess refused to seat me there and instead told me I had to sit in the dining area due to their rotation. I understand they have a rotation, but it’s also not my problem.

I think it’s to the point they need to just shut the doors and start over! They are so under staffed and not trained that you wait to be sat with at least a dozen open tables and half a bar area open. Corporate needs to step in and fix it or just shut it down at this point!

WORST PLACE EVER. Let’s start with #1 THE SERVICE- when seated I didn’t get my servers name when she approached NOR did I get a smile, ONCE. She didn’t ask how we were doing, she just “can I take your order” pretty much. She was handling th bear/tables and money all together I never seen her wash her hands either YUCK. Just poor service period. #2 the atmosphere, IT WAS DIRTY! There were so many empty tables but yet still dirty/ floors were sticky, menu pages stuck together. After waiting 20MINUTES for an appetizer (which came out COLD) not fresh at all, we decided to leave. The server wasn’t sympathetic at ALL! She in fact didn’t say ANYTHING! She just walked away, told the manager and then the manager didn’t even have anything to say. They let us walk out UNSATISFIED. DO NOT EAT HERE! THEYRE DIRTY THE SERVERS LOOK DIRTY and GREASY. It’s just not pleasant. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Oh to top it off, they apparently let customers they know do whatever they want; 1 customer was walking around recording others eating WHICH WAS SO RUDE, and the manager just sat, watched, and still talked to her.

I get the same thing everytime I go here because it’s the only thing I like. It’s the bourbon st chicken and shrimp. I’ve had it 5 times at least. I ordered it last night and it looked nothing like what it usually looks like. Looked like boiled chicken and shrimp in a clear sauce. No searing, half cooked onions. When I told the server that she decided to argue with me. I said it almost looks boiled. Doesn’t look like how I remember. She said “we don’t boil nothing here.” I was just gonna have them remake it but because she kept arguing with me over my own food I said I wanted a refund and left. This place is truly awful. I know it’s just Applebees but wow. Last time I was served here a different server acted put out because one of the people at my table asked for the plates to be removed. She sighed and everything. Put down the two menus in her hand, grabbed our plates, and stormed off so fast the napkins were falling on the floor behind her. She definitely didn’t pick them up lol And she would walk away before we could ask for anything
