It was cold in there I thought I was going to out the and get my coat I don't go there freeze I go there to eat

Came there after a Notre Dame Hockey game on 2/14 to get some appetizers and it started of great but declined from there the apps came out cold and my wife had to take my cup up to the bar to get a refill cause we saw our server every 20 min and then after she came and asked if we needed anything else and didn't see her again then we asked some one else for our check then she came over with it then I laid my credit card on the table and amazingly she came right over and took that very quickly. I was disappointed at our time there

Love this place! The staff is always super nice, and the cheap drinks are definitely worth the visit. Sometimes they're a bit understaffed, but they still do a great job of getting the food out in a timely manner. One of the chefs (don't know his name) is SUPER awesome! He came out of the kitchen to make sure that our steak was cooked to our liking. Thank you so much!

I can see why it has a low rateing the service was incredibly slow for only having a few people food came out lukewarm but somehow burn at the same time have the chicken parmesan in the grilled cheeseburger neither were impressive only eat about half before starting to feel sick server was hard to find hosest walked around like a zombie completely unaware of his surroundings just over all not a good experience will definitely not be back

The floor was very dirty. A lot of food, dirt and paper on the floor where they sat our group of 6. Service was good. My salad was great my husband's meal was very dry. He had chicken breast and alfredo.

Extremely disappointed in the service and quality of food. Never thought that one could spoil the grilled salmon and mashed potatoes. But it was exactly what I got. Server never got my desert. Probably will be a long while before I think about going back again.

Their tables are so sticky it’s gross. It ruins everything else. If you go in the evening, be prepared to wait. Staff is not friendly and takes an attitude as if you are unconvincing them by being there. On Friday we went, and were told we could sit at the bar, we sat down and the bar tender snapped “it’s going to be a while before I get to you” sounding disgusted that we were there. We are usually willing to wait, but because she took an attitude and didn’t kindly say something like “hey, it will be just a minute I’m swamped.” We got up and left.
If you own a restaurant, staff your restaurant appropriately.

The hostess seemed like she was absolutely hating being there, the entire place was filthy, especially the ladies room, my green beans had stems and were mostly raw making them hard to chew, and my steak had hunks of white unrendered fat that should have been trimmed. Everything just looked so lazy

I’m deeply disappointed. This Applebee’s has truly fallen from grace. This marks the third time I’ve found hair wrapped inside my chicken fajita roll-up, which makes me wonder if the staff is allergic to proper hairnets and PPE. To make matters worse, they’re skimping with rock-bottom cheap tortillas that ruin the whole dish. I can’t fathom what’s going on at this location. Compared to the Applebee’s in Benton Harbor, it’s downright horrendous.

I requested to be sat at the bar, but the hostess refused to seat me there and instead told me I had to sit in the dining area due to their rotation. I understand they have a rotation, but it’s also not my problem.
