The staff is very rude. The one younger girl behind the counter making sandwiches rolls her eyes and gives dirty looks to everyone that comes in. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. Something needs to be done about this location. I will be telling everyone I know not to eat here. They messed my order up and the manager told me if I don't like the way they make my food then i need to eat elsewhere. They store is also always dirty.

This location is a trash heap. The staff are so rude and disrespectful to the customers. I am 68 years old and got the cops called on me and banned from this location for simply asking to speak to a manager about my problems with this establishment. I have been eating a this specific location for over 10 years. I have contacted corporate and nothing has happened. The manager Marty lies for her employees to upper management. They refuse to fix ur order when they mess it up. Telling me to eat at a different location if I don't like their service. That's not a way to keep customers by any means. The other manager Candace is rude and hangs the phone up on you when you call and complain.

This Arby's is the definition of being in the ghetto. The set up is just weird. You have to have a code to use the bathrooms. None of the condiment dispensers were even being used. No napkins. I understand this location is very close to the homeless shelter but it doesn't need to reflect that.

Worst customer service ever. They hung up on me and questioned why I keep coming here if the service isn’t “good”. I tried to call customer service outside before closing hours to get a refund and they called the police on me because I was “blocking the entrance”. The police talked to me and told me I was not blocking anything and I’m good to go after explaining. Never going to Arby’s again. I understand it’s not always the staffs fault but the way this was dealt with was so unnecessary and embarrassing.

If your fries are old you should be throwing them out and frying new, not refrying and handing them out as good, also your brisket is not supposed to taste like that, It's the only sandwich I order off your menu, so I definitely know, that sandwich tasted like a kitchen sink jelly bean.

This is a great Arby's on weekdays brunch, afternoon, and early evening. Service is top-notch, food is always fresh. Never get the orders wrong. Perfect. The daytime manager, Marty, is as good as they get.Evenings and weekends are a different story. You're taking your chances. Sometimes it gets bad.
