Worst customer service ever. They hung up on me and questioned why I keep coming here if the service isn’t “good”. I tried to call customer service outside before closing hours to get a refund and they called the police on me because I was “blocking the entrance”. The police talked to me and told me I was not blocking anything and I’m good to go after explaining. Never going to Arby’s again. I understand it’s not always the staffs fault but the way this was dealt with was so unnecessary and embarrassing.

If your fries are old you should be throwing them out and frying new, not refrying and handing them out as good, also your brisket is not supposed to taste like that, It's the only sandwich I order off your menu, so I definitely know, that sandwich tasted like a kitchen sink jelly bean.

This is a great Arby's on weekdays brunch, afternoon, and early evening. Service is top-notch, food is always fresh. Never get the orders wrong. Perfect. The daytime manager, Marty, is as good as they get.Evenings and weekends are a different story. You're taking your chances. Sometimes it gets bad.

They gave my sandwich to another guest who took it to the dining room, opened it and discovered it wasn't theirs and then returned it. I asked very politely for it to be replaced but the manager said no. Absolutely

Food in the last week cold. Tried to eat there this evening through the drive-through was informed they were shorthanded and they were only gonna do Uber eats. And refused to take my order. What's the difference between someone coming up there picking up Uber eats and me ordering a sandwich and waiting there

Got food to go. Missing items from order. This is not the first time. If you go here you better make sure you check the entire order! 1 time I got lamb meat not roast beef in my gyro. Order crinkle fries got curly. Order mozzarella Stix, paid for them and did not get them.
