I just read that this location is closing but I did want to give a shout out to Pamela for the free shake and cookie a week or two ago because that day was horrible from before I even got out of bed and despite having to wait longer than I should have for my food, the free stuff made it worthwhile. Hope you get better co-workers at your next job Pamela!

Sandwich was dry...and also NOT a beef n cheddar. They weren't out of cheddar sauce because the loaded fries had some. How hard is it to get an order right in this neighborhood?

Went to Arby's in south bend on lincolnway and came home to Laporte to eat. Got 2 wraps and a turkey sammich:
They had no other customers besides the one b4 me and no one in drive thru, so effectively just me. I waited 15 minutes. and i witnessed the line cook bite into a piece of chicken and set it on the line where my food was. (Later found out he's new but still check the camera)
The wraps were not "wrapped" properly and fell apart in my hands as I opened the sauce smothered paper. (Though they were tasty)
The "sammich" ... if you can call it that, was a completely inedible wreck. Sauce everywhere, soggy lettuce, old tomatoes, thumb prints, meat uneven from one half to the other making the whole sammich fall apart. Cheese only on one side. Unevenly cut, And again, barely wrapped.
No quality check as the only other employee bagged it, not having engaged with me other than taking my order and a 15 min wait.
When I called for a refund the line cook answered so i explained how the line cook screwed up my food, he passed me to his "coworker" to whom i repeated my whole story and then was informed the manager was in the restroom and to "call back". I stated that i had just told my issue in full to 2 people, why can't a manager return MY call? They then took my# and 5 minutes later the manager called me. She made no attempt at smoothing things over and I was told that a refund wasn't possible over the phone. She told me I'd need to come back to get my money back or food replaced even after i told her i had pictures. But there was only an insincere "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" from the "manager". I'll be back to get my money but I won't ever go there again for food. Wish I could add the pictures I got.

Way too expensive and never have turnovers either one every time I go they say they have none. What happen to customer service. Wanting customers 100percent happy when they pull away.. ya that's long gone...

So I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that no one there woke up today and decided to do even the bare minimum of their job. I ordered curly fries, was given the crinkle fries. I ordered two plain roast beefs, to be DRENCHED in cheddar sauce, but was instead given two uncooked roast beefs drenched in horsey sauce, a half squirt of cheddar sauce, and on the wrong buns. I also ordered 4 cups of cheddar sauce on the side for the fries...got home, opened them up, and they ended up not even being half full.I can only assume that instead of actually making what I ordered, they decided to just grab whatever had been sitting under the heat lamp for God knows how long. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to comprehend that order at all, especially after I was specific. I'm happy I didn't order a drink with no ice, because I probably would've been given a cup full of ice with a squirt of soda in it. What a waste.I've worked in fast food, as well as the restaurant industry, and I can confirm that this was laziness and incompetence, pure and simple. Especially since I ordered the same thing from this place yesterday, and yesterday they nailed it. Pamela got the order right. Whoever worked today didn't actually work.

Not great. Just the facts: No roast beef so I ordered 3 piece chicken tender meal and a turnover. Charged for a 5 piece, drink was wrong, and no turnover that I paid for. By the time I got home they were closed and no one to call.Definitely won't be back.

Got my food, after I got to the house, they forgot my apple turnover and sauce. After going back for it, they put the sauce inside where the turnover was and the food was cold when I got back to the house.
