The service was rude, my drink had stuff smeared all over it and after a wait I got handed cold food , I would recommend eating at a gas station before this place

Holly the manager is awesome does a great job. I do alot of uber eats and door dashes out of this location and sometimes order for myself. The service is prompt everytime and food is fresh

Food is fine, but don’t come if you’re in a hurry. You’re going to sit for at least 15 minutes and rarely ever have your food ready at the window. You usually have to pull past the window and wait another 5+ minutes for your food to finally be ready.

If you go here you have a better shot at getting good food with good portions during the day. If you go at night, you get half portions on fries, things are missing, you can tell they hate their job because it’s like they purposely do things to annoy customers. This is literally the amount of cheese I got. That was done on purpose but that’s also what you get for going after 7pm. If you get a large fry you’re lucky if it’s even full enough to be a medium, medium fry is a small but hey a small is a small so they at least get that right. This Arby’s use to be great.

Service was very poor and slow. Dining room somewhat clean. Took my little guy to bathroom to discover no toilet paper. Employee told me they only had 1 roll in womens, then she walked in on us in the bathroom. Regular and spicy sauce were empty, root beer was empty. Food was mediocre at best. Will not visit this location again, and definitely do not recommend.

The lady behind the counter was rude. The dining area was poorly kept. They were out of 2 sauces, rootbeer and toliet paper. None of these problems got fixed and the bathroom still have no toliet paper. Do better. On a positive note, the food was good.

Some of these reviews are so rude. No wonder you all have a bad experience. The guys who run the drive thru around 4pm are absolutely hilarious. They make my husband and I crack up every time we come here. Keep up the great work guys!
