Basic hotel bar. Bar tender is slow, inaccurate with food, and closes early every night even with 8-10 patrons at the rail.

The food was horrible, don't get the Philly taste was awful. Got a Cobb salad with rubbery chicken not worth any of the 85$ I spent go somewhere else and save your time n money. Also waited 45 mins to get food we couldn't eat!

Sat for over 30 minutes and couldn’t even get a water. 1 person working when they should have had 3-4 servers. SMH

The server was rude. After a long wait, she then said they were not taking orders and we would have to go elsewhere. Probably should post correct hours and get server/bartenders who want a job. The place was cold as they have no heat between the bank and the hotel.

Ordered Chef Salad, was worth the price, only downside is in the winter, wear a coat in the restaurant. I froze because of the hotel door from the back parking entrance was always opening.

Service and food was well below average. The food took a good amount of time to come out. I got the steak philly, it tasted like it wasn't seasoned at all, I had ordered a sauce on the side for the sandwich which didn't come out. I asked for it twice but never got it. Just overall disappointing experience, didn't even finish it.

Do not go here for the buffet, especially around 10:00 or later. Everything was cold and almost empty. I should have known when there was no customers sitting in there. Will not happen a second time.

I've eaten here a few times due to work travel. The hotel itself I like, which is why I return. Baker's has been out of multiple menu items on each of my visits and the service is not great. I suggest trying some of the restaurants within walking distant of the hotel. I've had both great food and great service at several.

Lots of criticism about this hotel. But you are going to miss how things were pretty soon. Hotels aren’t built with atriums anymore, you have to wait for your food like you did when you were a kid at a restaurant with your parents. The rooms are how you remembered them as a kid, very cozy, dim, and wood with soft beds. New hotels are super modern and sleek with is great, but staying here made miss it. Huge hotel, friendly staff. Aging in a good way, the only thing to update are the showers in the bathrooms. I wouldn’t change anything else. Thanks.

The bartender Megan was extremely friendly and personable. She made us feel welcome even though they were about to close. Also, she made drinks that were worth every penny...Kudos!
