Worst service, no smiles, ran out of coffee, paid for it and couldn't get it before flight. No creamer on the shelf. More employees than customers.

Had the ultimate bagel for breakfast. My wife had the ham and cheddar croissant, It was huge, beautiful, and made to order. Staff was polite and friendly. Had a great laugh and good conversation!! Will definitely eat here again when we come three.

Not a single employee is wearing gloves and they are all moving from the POS to grabbing muffins or bagels. The cook has no gloves on and was scratching his body under his shirt before bare hand grabbing ingredients for food. The prices are predatory as well.

The best kept secret sports bar in South Bend ~ you just have to be able to make it thru TSA to enjoy it ? Chicken Philly is out of this world amazing & their fries are better than McD’s Cannot say enough about the amazing staff ~ would fly back to SBN just to come to Bar Fly again

Beyond horrible service and food.This place is sub par and over priced even for airport food. Multiple multiple visits and each one problematic. Only place to eat in the entire concourse so they got you where they want you - not even a store available to buy elsewhere.Multiple visits have included: hair in food, over charged, refused to reimburse, cold food, raw food, horrendous and slow wait times, attitude from most staff etc.Last visit was so awful and frustrating I ended up in therapy. AVOID

Got there at 6:30 P.M internet says they are open until 8 :00 pm. I asked for a drink and was going to order some food , while waiting on my wife's flight. She said we are closed and didn't seem to care at all. I have read all the bad reviews on here they must be true. My wife informed she did order a burger from the place took one bite before her flight and had to throw the thing away that it was gross!

Terrible service... I ordered an iced coffee for $3.50, paid $2 extra to add flavoring and cream. Short blonde lady with glasses ringing people up spoke to me like I was a child when I asked for just a splash of cream with that “the creamer is self serve.” She handed me the coffee and didnt add any of the caramel flavor (which is not self serve) so I asked to have it added… Another lady with dark curly hair acted like I was asking for her to wash my feet because I interrupted her laughing conversation with another worker behind the counter to ask for my order to be corrected. I’ve been here countless times and it’s usually a great experience… they clearly need new employees - get a new job if you can’t even deal with a pleasant customer.

The women that work here must be miserable. Some of the most rude and unfriendly individuals I have met and I travel weekly for work to all parts of the country. Unfortunately it’s the ONLY place to purchase anything within the airport.

Stopped before our flight....ordered a breakfast sandwich. After 15 minutes of waiting, went to counter to inquire about my food. Was told the vook just arrived....but....people before me got their food??? After another 10 minutes (and other orders going out), finally got my mediocre overpriced sandwich. Won't be stopping

I eat there every time I go through the South Bend Airport. I highly recommend the Chicken Wing Sashimi. It’s just like pulling a chicken wing off of a chicken in the barnyard and putting it straight in your mouth.
Dietary restrictions: If you can’t eat raw chicken, I’m sure they can serve other raw meats. Perhaps a raw hamburger patty or a pile of raw bacon.
