For a 7.50 latte they need to get it right, they don’t. I fly through here several times a year and have gotten a latte at least 3-4 times and it’s always 3/4 filled and lukewarm with a 1.75 charge for non-dairy.

Staff was super kind and had the best experience with the gentleman at the cashier. He was hilarious and helpful in deciding what to order. They also have a little gift shop next door so I picked up some treats and items for the kids at home. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito with extra salsa. Latte was good too! They’re open early to accommodate all flight times.

Worst service, no smiles, ran out of coffee, paid for it and couldn't get it before flight. No creamer on the shelf. More employees than customers.

I fly out of SBN a lot. It’s really sad that the employees here are so rude and indifferent to every customer. You can bet money on it- every. Single. Time. Not a great impression on Indiana for travelers. Unfortunately, this place is the only option for food/drink in the airport after TSA.

Had the ultimate bagel for breakfast. My wife had the ham and cheddar croissant, It was huge, beautiful, and made to order. Staff was polite and friendly. Had a great laugh and good conversation!! Will definitely eat here again when we come three.

Not a single employee is wearing gloves and they are all moving from the POS to grabbing muffins or bagels. The cook has no gloves on and was scratching his body under his shirt before bare hand grabbing ingredients for food. The prices are predatory as well.

The best kept secret sports bar in South Bend ~ you just have to be able to make it thru TSA to enjoy it ? Chicken Philly is out of this world amazing & their fries are better than McD’s Cannot say enough about the amazing staff ~ would fly back to SBN just to come to Bar Fly again
