We got in town late so we decided to try the restaurant in the Hilton building. So glad we did. Our waiter, Mike, was attentive and welcoming. We ordered the appetizer shrimp with a sweet and spicy chili sauce that was amazing. We also had the Brussels sprouts with cashews. Both were amazing. For entrees hubby ordered the chicken caprese and I had the ribeye with mashed potatoes and a garden salad. Meal was so good we ate here the second night. We loved the shrimp so much and it was a large serving so we ordered the appetizer again, shared it and had a garden salad with it. I also requested a small bowl of rice which they kindly provided. Overall great meal both nights!

We were so surprised at the quality of food and the experience overall at the Bistro 933. Our server, Ingrid, was absolutely fantastic! Very prompt and super friendly - we’d come back just for the chance to see her again!

We are Hilton Honor members and were offered a free breakfast. Because they were at 100% they were only offering the all you can eat buffet at 8:15 am. It was not crowded at all. The scrambled eggs were hard and crusty, the pancake was not able to be cut at one end because it was so hard and the bacon was all stuck together. The potatoes and sausage were fine. I noticed that someone was ordering from the menu and the waitress said they just opened it up because it wasn’t busy. They did make me an omelette which was good. I don’t have a problem with the buffet if they keep the hot foods fresh. Overall, disappointing, but the waitress (Soni) was very helpful and attentive.

Our server Missy was awesome and the food really, really good. My son had a huge Smash burger and devoured it. My French onion soup and quesadilla were excellent too. Definitely a pleasant surprise in the early evening of a rainy, midweek evening. I’ll be back in a few days!!
