When I walked into the Bistro I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome. The seating area was clean and comfortable. My server Ingrid anticipated my needs by bringing water, and sharing the day’s special and helped me decide what I’d like to eat since I was so indecisive. I told her what I was in the mood for and she suggested options based on my taste buds! She was awesome! I ordered the creamy fettuccine with chicken and it was delightful! Compliments to the chef and Ingrid....
This is not your usual Hilton Garden Inn kitchen. Chef has skills and staff knows how to appreciate and present the menu. If you skip lunch, you can get the quesadilla and the street corn dip, smash whatever the special is and finish with that butter cake... ohhhh that damn butter cake.
First roadtrip of 2024 - destination: Bellaire, MI. Because of winter advisory, we decided to stop in South Bend, IN, overnight. Dining tonight at Bitro933 - a restaurant in Hilton Hotel. We highly recommend this place that is privately owned by a husband an wife team who have total control over their menu.
