NEW Blaze Fast-Fire'd Folds are based on the concepts of Italian calzones and strombolis. The first flavor introduced nationally is the NEW Spicy Pepperoni Fold. Is made with the same house-made fresh dough that is the base for our pizzas. The dough perfectly envelops a melty mix of mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, oregano, garlic, jalapeños, savory pepperoni, our house-made spicy red sauce, and your choice of either spicy heat or spicy sweet drizzles. Ordered from Blaze Pizza for a team lunch. Order was completed very quickly, and the pizza was a crowd pleaser.

I was a total noob at ordering, but the people behind the counter were super nice and accommodating at walking me through ordering. With so few late night options in town, I'mma come back to try out more!

Edit: 1 year later and still coming back. Food's good, service is good, even on busy nights, and they're open late. ????

Vegetarian options: Everything's made to order, so you can get anything without meat.
