We order every week from Hall's. The food is good, the prices/specials are great. The last two times we ordered we had to call because the online ordering (Toast Takeout) is no longer available. We just find it easier to order online. We usually don't have any issues but the last THREE times we ordered for delivery they put the COLD salad in the carrying bag with the HOT pizza. Now, isn't it common sense not to put something, that is supposed to stay cold, in a bag, that is insulated, with hot pizza? Apparently, the delivery drivers don't have common sense. I even told them when I ordered tonight to make sure they don't do it again. When I called, I was told that they don't have separate bags for salads. I used to get them delivered in a plastic bag but I guess they no longer have them. I don't know if they have different owners/management, but since they changed their name, it hasn't been the same. We really like the food and we get it delivered quickly. It's just the same mistake and when they are called out on it they make you feel like you're lying (I was asked to send a picture of the salad tonight). We spend, on average, around $30 a week with them. I'm not trying to scam them out of a $5 salad. I just want a cold salad! Please, do better and train your drivers to keep hot things hot and cold things cold.

It's an ok place, pizza was fresh and warm. A bit greasy, and was a bit underdone for my taste. May try again to see if it was just off night.

Just when I thought Bourbon Street couldn't get any better, I ordered yesterday, and it was like the first time all over again. Our taste buds were in heaven, and even my picky eater ate half a pizza. It's our family favorite and forever will be.

What can I say. I almost NEVER give five stars for pizza and, OMG, the wings are so tender and juicy.. you just suck the meat off the bones. This place is amazing in that every employee listens and makes your pizza exactly the way you like it.. Every order is spot on and hot when delivered I forgot to turn my porch light on but Ryan found me.. I usually pick up on days I guess they might be too busy but hey, if you want it hot, you gotta pick it up so your crust is crispy like I like it. Thanks Matt (had to call to get their names), your crew is beyond great...not exaggerating!!

Five stars to Bourbon St Pizza, not because of their food (which is pretty darn awesome) but because of their customer service, which is amazing. Yesterday we ordered dinner through them, and before we could pick our food up, our daughter had a medical emergency and we had to swiftly change our plans from dinner to emergency room. Bourbon St Pizza effortlessly canceled our order, and took the time to tell us that our family was in their prayers. Thank you, Bourbon St, for being more than a great pizza place.

Used to really enjoy this pizza but they blew it last night. Management needs upgrading. We usually order a half and half pizza online for delivery but yesterday they didn't make it half and half,rather put the toppings from one half over the entire pizza . We called to complain but was told the manager had left and to call back later. The person who answered the phone said they would remake it. We got a call and a voice message a few minutes later from mike,the manager.who informed us since it was ordered online we obviously had made a mistake and they weren't going to make a replacement . As a former pizza manager for several decades I found his attitude and reasoning flawed,insulting and bad for business. We'll never order them again,there are other pizza options pout there.
