Ordered carry out, hamburger & fries. Got home and they forgot to put the bun on. Went back and manager told me I had to ask for the bun when i placed my order. I told him there wasn’t a place to do that, that it’s a hamburger they come with a bun. He came back with replacement and I asked about a refund. He ignored me and went on to help the next guest. This was the south bend indiana store. Hispanic manager with glasses.

Service was great and polite staff. Food was a bit drier than I like my wings to be. Got 15 parm garlic and they were not coated well. Appetizer was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the meals

Bw3's is always a good place to go. The food is good, the people are awesome and the atmosphere is always fun. You will not go wrong to bw3's in South Bend!!
2 of my past 3 orders have been wrong and my kid wouldn't eat the food because of it. The last thing you want to do is go back out in traffic after you get home and are ready to eat. Foods not bad but the person reading the orders must be blind if not there's no excuse thats going to make me happy. Thanks for taking my 80 and just giving me whatever you felt like cooking

I know it's 7 on a Saturday but 10 minutes just to get water. Two tables beside us and us ordered, there food came out. Ours came minutes later and waitress said right out and our food was slightly warm at best. Our waitress said it could be reordered or compted and and boxed up. I said I didn't want to take it home and walked out
Waitress Dawn was moving fast yet friendly as can be. Very professional also. Best, freshest burgers in town.

I like this location it's a good spot to grab a bite to eat and watch a game however the management is very rude and inconsiderate of others they definitely need to work on their people skills in customer service
