I asked for a whopper jr with no tomato n they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about n asked if I wanted just onion on it n I told them I just didn’t want tomato n they ended up giving a whopper jr with onion only on it n it was cold n dry to the touch

i ordered an impossible whopper and they gave me real meat which i haven’t had in years, i have never ever had this happen anywhere at any burger kings and i have been to one in every state i’ve ever traveled to because it’s one of the few safe restaurants for people who can’t eat meat, I took one bite before i realized. This is so not okay, do you know how sick people get when they haven’t eaten meat in years? i’ll be coming in tomorrow for my refund and i kept the meal and receipt to show your general manager. You weren’t busy, there was no excuse for this except either laziness or someone with zero respect for people’s dietary restrictions.

upon visiting this Burger King, I was greeted with kindness and respect, it sounded like people really cared that worked here. It’s probably the best drive-through experience that I’ve ever had and what’s nice is when I got my food. It was hot and perfect. Great job Burger King. Thank you.

It was cold, and when I went to the drive thru to put my code on the app, the server was down. The food was cold when I wanted 10 mins and the burger and fries were not good, so far this place is bad

The first and last time I order delivery, my receipt said clearly what I ordered but once I open the bag there are completely different items. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and chicken fries instead I got two bacon king sandwiches which I don't want.

5/21/24. Went to burger King 4852 western rd. Southbend iIN.46619Walked in at 6:20 pm.Upon walking on witnessed an employee singing/rapping. Dropping the F. Bomb, every 3 words. Loud.. I ordered A whopper with cheese, no tomato hot off the broiler..SMe employee that's was cursing and singing. Put the burger on the bun.Then even though he had gloves on he dug in his pants pocket and the proceeded to make my burger. That wasn't put on the chain to cook. Looked to be sitting around for a long period of time.So I asked the cashier if that was my burger that's supose to be hot off the broiler.He said yes..I said no its not.And had to explain to him what hot off the broiler meant, So the cashier told the employee that was singing and Is cursing,It's supposed to be hot off the broiler.Will the employee got very upset and looked at me in my face and Started cursing at me..I said I want a refund so the manager came up and was upset with me as well..Was very unprofessional was not polite, didn't say hi, all she said was what do you need?I told her I wanted a refund.I told her why and she got my money out and Tossed it on the counter and walked away.. So I stood there for another few minutes.She finally came back and asked me.What else do I want?I told her I wanted corporations number.Or a complaint line so she gave me the wrong number. So I had to go online and find this review that I had to leave.I will never go to that burger king again ever.I just hope this is not the normal for Burger King anymore.That was my favorite fast food place was Burger King at whopper with cheese.No tomato hot off.The broiler is amazing.It can't be beat but I couldn't get that.I got disrespected my money.Tossed on the counter by the manager cursed out.I just could not believe it.I'm real tempted to never go into another Burger King.Again, Or at least that Burger King.I know I will never go into it again.Totally disrespected and cursed out.And the manager did nothing but disrespect me more..I really hope this is not the norm for burger king..

SCARY PLACE AT NIGHT. Had a train ticket at 11:59pm, and stopped here cause I had time to kill. Was served a burger with blonde hair in it. Obviously from a wig. When I notified the manager, the manager didn't seem to care, even when confronted with the evidence. PLEASE be careful when eating here.
