This BK location is much better than the one on Portage avenue by service every time I go. I think it’s only the consistency of their customer service isn’t great. Sometimes their service is bad and sometimes it’s very good. Burger King should really step up their game, and keep up with improving customer service, speed, and food quality.
upon visiting this Burger King, I was greeted with kindness and respect, it sounded like people really cared that worked here. It’s probably the best drive-through experience that I’ve ever had and what’s nice is when I got my food. It was hot and perfect. Great job Burger King. Thank you.
had the munchies last night but felt lazy so i ordered burger king and bro. let me tell you my experience with this location. to start off, i ordered a whopper with cheese and no tomato, a large size of “have-sies”, 8pc chicken fries, and 8pc mozzarella sticks. i was given an amazing amount of onion rings and fries. normally there is always space left in the containers, which makes sense because nobody wants to make a mess from overloading the cup but mine was filled perfectly...
