If you want a late night/early morning dinner or breakfast do not go here. I have been here twice and both times I have had to request a refund from customer service. They claim to be 24 hours but there computers go down for a few hours in-between 3:30 and 5 am. They cannot take online orders or drive thru orders at this time. I'm probably not gonna come back here for food any time soon

Lesson learned - don't order & pay ahead through the app/website. The service is so awful and the employees don't even know how to run the drive thru. I showed up for my order, waited and waited, went inside, still no order - eventually had to leave without it and contact customer service for a refund.

It is absolutely disgusting the food is never hot or cooked properly and if u door dash u never get the right order and the food taste stale and old and it’s cold it’s just not good overall the building should really be shut down they allow homeless people to sleep in the restaurant during the day witch is not sanitary at all especially when your trying to eat it’s just awful
Terrible Food. I went ahead and ordered a Family Bundle and ended up with 2 cheese burgers that taste like cardboard. 4 Medium Fries and some nuggets. All were cold and Not Correct items In The Bundle.

I order here a few times a week, French Toast Sticks are always fresh and still hot even after arrival! Team members at this location are Amazing! I also used the app and received a free item with the use of my crowns (points).

I was so disappointed with the service there this afternoon. My order was entirely wrong but after waiting in the line I didn't check it (my fault). I ordered bourbon bacon whopper. I got ranch pickle whopper. I ordered onion rings got fries. They forgot my drink but corrected that before I pulled off. Staff was pleasant enough but food was sooooo wrong and it wasn't good.
