They are not 24 hours. Just tried to order and was denied.Would be great if they didn't advertise they were 24 hours when they are truly are not! Just walked from the hotel....left empty handed.

Messed my order up then wouldn't do anything to fix it. Very rude staff. I asked because I don't have the time for them to redo my order because I was on my lunch break and they didn't even yell my name out when my order was ready, I asked for a coupon for a free sandwich which are only a dollar but she got snappy with me saying "I can just be giving them out for free". Very very rude staff. Will not be coming back to this BK.

Visited on a Saturday at 10:15 AM and ordered a croissant egg and cheese (no sausage) meal. It came out quickly but they realized they didn't make coffee, so the wait ended up being a little long. The meal was good and everything was correct. They didn't include anything to stir the coffee though.

I ordered 2 whopper they gave me three whopper jrs I went to get the order corrected and the manager told I got what I ordered I told no I did not call the girl on the drive through over. She said no she continued to tell me you need to pay an additional fee so three sandwiches cost less than two . Nope not doing that I said give my money back she told me no she is not giving me anything. I told her again this is not what I ordered and she said pay the increase or not but she is not replacing the food and she is not giving me my money back period
