How did this place get so bad? They used to be flawless. Now they screw up almost every order I place and then treat me like Im trying to con them when I want my money back. You cant give me what I didnt order and then keep my money. Terrible management. Guess its my fault for coming back. They're too busy to care about losing one customer. Won't be going back there.

I’m a current college student in South Bend and stoped to get some food for myself and my family on the way home for Thanksgiving break. Once I arrived home I opened my bag to see one of my 12 count nuggets was missing. This is very disappointing. Will not be going to this location for a long time.
This CFA location never disappoints. The mobile order drive-thru pick up is so fast. It's the best way to go. Obviously, the employees are always friendly too.

Best fast food? This establishment helps retired , special needs , and students have employment. Spoke to many of them. Very friendly and wanting to be there. Taking pride in it. Food is good. I love the chicken 🔥 I love they come to refill your drinks and take your trays when done. I also love always running into other locals.
