Chipotle Mexican Grill

Was in and out within 2 minutes, the ingredients were so well prepared, and the steak had little to no fat (I’ve noticed other Chipotle locations have lots of fat in their steak making it chewy). Burrito was wrapped very well and the employees were more than helpful!

The entire restaurant was a mess no tables were cleaned off &the trash was overflowing.
Food was very mediocre. Do not recommend this location.

Wait times are long. The store is rarely clean. None of the workers seem like they want to be there. Messed up my delivery order

Teresa is WONDERFUL! Probably the friendliest staff member there. However the portions are SO skimpy! This is the ONLY Chipotle I’ve ever been to where they consistently don’t fill all three compartments on a kids meal…But still charge full price…??🤔🤨😬 save your money and go to Eddy street or Mishawaka if you can.

The guacamole was brown and shouldn't be eaten. The "chicken" was burnt. It's so burnt we couldn't figure out if it was their pork by mistake. Both meals went in the trash and there's no way to contact the individual Chipotle. It was West Ireland Road, South Bend. No way to get any kind of credit. Done with Chipotle. At least at this location.

This location should take some lessons from the Chipotle on campus. Untrained staff, very rude and stingy on portions. I asked for double meat and got an eye roll and barely 1/3 of what the first scoop was. Ridiculous. Bad management at this location.

Chipotle has been going downhill for years, sadly. And yet, dumb me always goes back hoping that things will be better. I hate to stop going to a place that I championed 15 years ago but I think it's time to move on. I don't mind if prices creep upwards. I do mind when the quality of food and service also doesn't trend in the same direction. I've been fooled too many times over the past 2 years by Chipotle, and that's on me. Never again.

And I failed to adhere to my advice and decided to try again. Left without ordering because "someone forgot to turn on the tortilla warmer". Whatever with your lame excuses. Manage better.
