Things have changed. I’ve had great experiences here the last few times.

I stopped going here awhile back because it’s seemed like kids were running the place and didn’t care about food or service. I always felt like I was putting them out just by ordering food.

Now it appears there’s a new evening manager (Dawn I think). She’s been really nice at the register and it’s seemed to rub off on the employees. The younger folks working here now have been great. This is now back in my weekly rotation.

Sitting outside writing this review while more people are being turned away or walking in and turning around walking out. We came in at 915, and everything was being put up. What was there looked old/dried up. The black beans looked like they formed a thick crust and when we asked if they had black beans, they said, “no, we don’t have more black beans.”. There were 4 people behind us, and then a group of 12-15 people walked in, and a manager asked if there were “many more of you” because “we have no chicken, no barbacoa, no brown rice, and no of something else. The serving area was disgusting. The servers were slow; the cashier was the only person who had quickness to her. As I’m finisthis post in their parking lot at 930, 4 people have walked in and back out. Terrible service—will not visit this location again.

Great food for the price. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for something to take home or on the go as well. I enjoy making the combinations of food in a bowl or burrito.

I ordered from GrubHub and when I received my food, there was a hard piece of red plastic in the meat. I called the store and CANNOT speak to a human. This is disgusting.

The app didnt send my order to nearest store, so ended up driving across town to get food. The steak tasted like it was old. Not soft but very chewey not what u want in soft steak. Also they added a spicy item of some kind. As well as corn to my order that I didnt order on my burrito. Not good for my 16.05 burrito.

Came in to pick up dinner at 4:20 PM on 10/01/2025. I walked in right behind two people that were together and we were the only ones in line. Despite four employees being in the restaurant that we could see, no one greeted us and no one offered to take our order. After everyone looking around for five minutes and watching the employees walk around doing things besides helping customers, I turned around and left. As I was leaving, there were another three people in line waiting. Can’t read the food because I didn’t get any. In the past, the food is always been decent. I will not be coming back to that location. A simple breeding and letting us know they’ll be right with us would’ve gone a long way in this situation.

Unfortunately, one of the worst Chipotle experiences. We stopped by around 8pm and they were out of lettuce, guacamole, corn, chicken(had to wait 10mins - this was a biggie), the white rice was literally just plain white rice(no lime or cilantro), chips were stale. If it was past 9 or may be closer to closing time(10pm) that's may be understandable. Simply, the employees just didn't want to serve any more food, so they weren't making any of it. Either they were all unhappy to be working there or just don't care about anything.

Out of lettuce, out of guacamole, trash cans literally overflowing into the guest space, the spoons and forks littered the drink station with wet napkins all over the floor. Every station absolutely covered in food debris and I’m seriously concerned by the filth on the kitchen floor and the amount of garbage littering the counter spaces. Same for the take out area, where are the managers? Is there any accountability in this location? Used to be one of the best, now it looks like it’s run by not an inkling of responsibility

Probably one of the worst bowls I’ve had in nearly 12 years of going to chipotle.

Broken Infinities

The store had 40 minutes until closing and they were out of almost all of the meat and said “we are closing soon so we aren’t making anymore” I ended up getting leftover meat and they wrapped it in the worst possible way. Not coming back to this location.
