I go to this location at least once a week. I was there Wednesday, March 20 2024 between Noonand 1:00. I ordered a Bowl. Each time this clerk ask me a question she added the word HUN. This can be quite annoying. You want white riceHun, what beans Hun etc down the line etc. The next person I ask her to please clean off the aluminum top since it was smeared. She did. But afterwards I heard the two women speaking about me. I expect good service and if it’s not right I will address it in a way that is appropriate.

Food has flavor but everytime I have been here, 3 times now and never again, the service was terrible. Either they just throw a sloppy mess together or they give you one taco with meat while the other three are mostly veggies and sour cream. They need better staff training and the staff is always treating the customers rudely. Not me personally per se but again, everytime I have been here there was an incident where a customer leaves upset or the staff makes rude comments or gestures as if they are annoyed by our orders and having to actually work.

Music blaring from the kitchen area that was competing with the music in the dining area. Every table was dirty. Wanted Carne asada but it was so old it looked like beef jerky. Very disappointing.
The dude with the long straight hair and the nose ring that looks like tito from rocket power needs a raise immediately. At 950pm, over an hour before close, One of the youngins workin told us they were out of chips for the evening. My man Tito went back and made some fresh for us and ringed us out himself and apologized for the wait. 10/10 for tito ?

Went in for just some chips and queso, waited in line for about five minutes and then get told they never made chips today so they don't have any at all... The person behind the counter then tells me its because they "had to open the store with only three people". I went in around 2pm in the afternoon.This place needs better management and staff that won't call off.I've never had a great experience here... I'd go to the Eddy St one if you have the option.

I will go here about once a month. It's always been a bit poor on food, service and amounts. This time did it for me. Never will go back. They were out of ice, the food server keep bouncing back and forth not helping, and letting food just sit there so it was cold, then the amount of meat you get is a joke!! He picked it up with tongs, knocked most of the meat off, it wasn't hardly any I got, like maybe a spoon worth. He showed me a cup that looked like you would stick ketchup in it for fries, I even went on the website handbook and protein servings are supposed to be 4 ounces. Well I can tell you it wasn't 4 ounces. Maybe 2 ounces at best. I asked for more he said he will have to charge me more, I said forget it. By the time I got the bowl it was like half full, not even to the ledge like other places, or higher usually. then got the drink the machine had no ice, warm drink, the money you pay for this is high already, then terrible service, cold food, and hardly any ingredients. I'll never go back! If you're the owner of this place or manager how pathetic. See my pic, no meat and was like soup, watery, cold and hardly any protein, Then there was a hard substance almost broke my tooth on, then the long thing was disgusting, that was hard also, almost like a corn stalk hard non chewable piece of something. Plus No substance amount of ingredients. For almost $15.00 I can go anywhere else and even a combo meal for that matter with a side and a drink. Me and my buddy always came during lunch, we both said never again. You lost 2 customers. And I'm still debating on calling the health dept! I had foreign pieces in my food people, Disgusting..see napkin pic.

Never order online and go and pickup! You have to stand and watch your order being made for correctness! After spending more than $150 we found once home that there wasn’t meat in multiple orders and they wanted us to drive back 45 minutes one way! This is also the filthiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in. Trash on the floor, tables dirty, and the smell coming out of the restrooms was horrible!

This is the third year in row that I placed and picked up a catering order for 60-65 boys at Culver Military Academy and this location has always done an amazing job! They even had an employee go to another location to get hard taco shells for my order. Their service an attention to detail is fantastic and their staff is always so kind and helpful. The boys look forward to this meal every year and I appreciate the ease that this location provides. THANK YOU!
