When I came into the store no one spoke to me, my food was made and I was over charged but this is what took the cake I opened my chips and itās literally no chips on the bag like this is ridiculous I live 25 minutes away why is it hard to do your job and fill the bag properly if you go here check your food before you leave and this is the 2nd time this has happened

It was a very chaotic and mundane scene. One of the employees kept locking the doors on the customers, and the customers that wanted to enter during open hours. The employees had no control of the situation going on with the pick-up āmobileā orders. People were waiting up to an hour just to get their Chipotle order.

I really love chipotle but this location is just horrible. They NEVER GOT vinaigrette like ever! The woman at the cash register shouldnāt be at work if she has a problem with people asking for thinks. They wonāt see me again

Super busy at lunch but the team handled it like champs. Great work keeping the line moving. Only complaint was stale chips and since it was a to go order, ruined the large guacamole and chips I ordered.

I'm muslim and they gave me different portions sizes than everyone in line. They fill everyone's bowl up except for mine. It's literally like half way full.

Whoever owns this place needs to pay these kids more, this is hands down the best chipotle in town. AND it has a drive through. We eat here twice a week on average, best establishment in town.

The rice in my burrito bowl was cold and gummy. There was very little meat in my bowl, Maybe 1/4 cup of meat and a similar amount of beans.

I gotta hand it to āem, they were obviously short staffed and really busy but whoever was working the line churned through about 10 orders and cashed them out by herself in a span of maybe 5 minutes. Props to the line/cashier, but get her some help! Thereās no reason she should have to prep 8 orders before jumping to the cash register- there should be one person at least in each area
Place just opened for the day 30 mins agoā¦flies everywhere in the prep area and grill. Watch them land on everyone in lineā¦
