Copper Rock Steakhouse South Bend

First time, Overall experience was good! Service, drinks and ambiance good. Only reason I gave it 4 stars because the food took over a hour by the time the food arrive my husband and I were no longer hungry.

Service was phenomenal! Food was just ok…except the lobster bisque. It was the best I have ever tasted.
We go to Four winds for our anniversary every year and this is the first time we were able to go and we were very excited. But it was definitely not worth the money.

Three of us who had the long bone steak felt nauseous afterward, though the food had a good taste. It took us about 1.5 hours to get our main course. Our waiter interrupted our prayer before our meal.

We were celebrating our 45th anniversary at Copper Rock. Everybody from the hostess to the server made the night special. A job well done

We were not disappointed. Everything was perfect on this visit to Copper Rock. Our server, Laine, was great... along with the food!👍🏽 👍🏽

We were celebrating my birthday and we like to sit at the bar area but in a booth. Unfortunately it was very busy and the bartender couldn't keep up so our service was not good. We were there 3 hours which usually is not that long. Finally another server came to help but we didn't get the usual service.

Copper Rock is fabulous restaurant, in my opinion the best in the entire region! Staff is 110% focused on a superb experience every time we have been there.

As usual the food was great! Our server Layne was attentive and personable. We gave kudos to the main chef and told him everything was great! And especially thank you to the staff who gave us a card wishing us happy anniversary, what a great gift! Thank you for making everything special!

Allison is the best!! We come here for every special occasion and she always makes it the best experience.

Server was great although we did feel a bit rushed. Food was good but we did think the steak was somewhat dry.

Waitress gave us our water or drink. Our food never came back after we got our food to check on us never refilled our water or our drink. Don't know if they didn't have enough staff or just poor service. Everyone seem friendly but you're leaving a $20 tip you think you would at least got some kind of service.

The service here is phenomenal; the hostess had prepared a birthday card and took pictures for our party and Abby, our server, was funny, knowledgeable and beyond kind. She went out of her way to make my parents' birthdays special. She deserves a raise! Everything was really good, though my steak did need refired and my step dad would not get the chicken again. The rest of the food was perfect and even with those two things, the meal and experience were fantastic. Thank you so much!
