Copper Rock Steakhouse South Bend

Copper Rock is fabulous restaurant, in my opinion the best in the entire region! Staff is 110% focused on a superb experience every time we have been there.

As usual the food was great! Our server Layne was attentive and personable. We gave kudos to the main chef and told him everything was great! And especially thank you to the staff who gave us a card wishing us happy anniversary, what a great gift! Thank you for making everything special!

Allison is the best!! We come here for every special occasion and she always makes it the best experience.

Server was great although we did feel a bit rushed. Food was good but we did think the steak was somewhat dry.

Waitress gave us our water or drink. Our food never came back after we got our food to check on us never refilled our water or our drink. Don't know if they didn't have enough staff or just poor service. Everyone seem friendly but you're leaving a $20 tip you think you would at least got some kind of service.

The service here is phenomenal; the hostess had prepared a birthday card and took pictures for our party and Abby, our server, was funny, knowledgeable and beyond kind. She went out of her way to make my parents' birthdays special. She deserves a raise! Everything was really good, though my steak did need refired and my step dad would not get the chicken again. The rest of the food was perfect and even with those two things, the meal and experience were fantastic. Thank you so much!

Our server Rumi is amazing! She remembers not only My wife and I and our orders and preferences as well. She takes care of everything for us and makes every occasion special! Chef Jermaine is amazing as well Every-time we come our food is great and prepared exactly how we want! These two make us continue to choose Copper Rock as our date night go to.

Layne was an absolutely fantastic server. You can tell he actually enjoys what he does, and he is good it it. We regularly visit the New Buffalo location, but we found South Bend to have better food. We ordered our usual, so that is saying a lot. The hot stone appetizer, burrata salad and wagyu filet were mouth watering. It was the perfect birthday dinner for my husband.

This was our 4th time here and my husband and I both agreed, this was the best service and food we have had. Everything was top-notch.

The experience was fantastic, however, my prime was very undercooked. I asked for medium rare and received it practically raw. That was the only issue I has with my experience. My server did ask if I wanted to have the chef cook it longer, but at that point I had lost my appetite, Arron and Abby were the best servers I have ever had at any restaurant. They both did what they could to rectify the situation. Other than that little mishap, I had one of the best experiences I have had in a long time.

From the drinks to dessert the meal was delicious. The wine list has nice wines at all price points. We are longtime patrons and are happy to see new items on the wine list and the menu! The service however is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Allison is excellent, warm and professional.

Great service, great food, attire of patrons leaves a little to be desired but overall a good experience.

This is a great restaurant right here in SB. Service was great. Ambience was nice and quiet. My husband had a huge steak and loved it. You get lots of bread and dips upon arriving which almost fills you up!

We have dined here several times in the past couple of years. The experience has been downhill for the past year. This time like the other recent visits, the food is not hot. I feel the servers forget the food is ready or the chefs don't time the dinners correctly. At $250 for a couple I would expect hot food. Best bet to go to Ruth's Cris where the food is always hot. Disapponted again.
