the food is okay but not my preferred fast food place. and it is not fast. a lot of people were waiting for a long time, and it didnt exactly seem like people were apologetic about it. people in drive-thru were even stuck waiting .. also its tight seating inside

Don’t come unless you have plenty of time to wait for food. Especially in the drive thru. It takes over 20 minutes to get your food. Which is probably why they had to add 4 spots in the parking lot.

Not sure what happened here but at 8pm on a Saturday things took forever. Food, desert, the ordering was awesome and quick. There was people yelling at each other in the Kitchen. Sad to say but I may skip this place next time traveling through.

We were NOT happy with our experience last night. My parents and I had just returned to South Bend after many hours of traveling in the car, then the service is SUPER slow at Culver's! We normally eat at the location on the north side because it's closer to us. But we tried this one and were GREATLY disappointed. The cashier couldn't even give us a number for our order; she was not good! Some young girl and she messed up our order too. The burgers were double instead of single! I already have high blood pressure and don't need all that sodium in my food! We will not use this location again if it's going to be this lousy!!

Food was great as always. But I cannot eat gluten so I ordered a salad no croutons, my salad came out with croutons. The baggers way of fixing it was to open the salad and pick out the croutons in front of me. When I stated I needed a fresh salad due to allergies he rolled his eyes at me.
