Of all the locations in our area, this one by far has the most Hit or Miss quality and it's mostly a Miss. For example, you will never get the delicious crispy burnt edges on the patty at this location. The seasoning is off too. Maybe it's one of those situations where they're really not part of the franchise and like a pygmy/Madagascar situation or something.

The ice cream at this place has been going downhill the past year. It’s either melted, missing toppings/syrup, or not mixed at all. Something is always wrong. It used to be so good! Gone are those days.
