The workers, including a male manager (who I don’t know the name of or I would definitely tell) have no respect and show no appreciation towards their customers. Between the three of us, our bill was $50 which is extremely high for a burger joint js. We paid $2 to add bacon to my sandwich and when we didn’t get the bacon they just tossed a couple pieces my way and was rude as all get out, then proceeded to tell me that my mixer was a smoothie! I buy these ALL THE TIME and I know what they’re supposed to taste like, but the manager seemed to think I didn’t. He said “that’s a smoothie” after I said it wasn’t. Since when do you argue with the customer when you’re in “customer service” 🤦♀️ I’m 100% sure they gave me the same drink back. I’m disgusted with the way we were treated. WE WILL NOT BE BACK

More than 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting for the simplest order (burger and fries) only for the first employee to bring the wrong order, who she handed to another employee inside who brought me the same incorrect order. Thinking they found mine I drove to the airport to find I had been given the order of a literal child (no veggies) and a meal that cost far less than what I paid. Never again trying Culver’s!

Service was friendly and thoughtful but slow. I asked for a burger patty on my salad but I received chicken & a burger patty. Custard was delicious. Your average burger / ice cream fast food. Great selection.
