Food was good! Service was great! Very welcoming. Will definitely eat here again. Asked for a bacon double cheeseburger with no onions and got exactly that! Perfect!

It’s always been hit or miss here but this last experience was just crazy to me we were confused on a coupon and instead of helping us the MANAGER was extremely rude and talked to us like we we’re stupid instead of explaining our question it’s crazy how bad the staff is here constantly I had one slam the window in my face this managers name is ROSE btw

The girl on duty messed up every part of the order price, but then accidentally gave me more change then we as required, so I guess it was a wash. I wish the signage would come down for flavors they don't have (I'm the talking to you, sign for Maple Cookie flavored milkshakes)

I'm a door dash driver and the Lincoln Way location is by far the cleanest restaurant I have seen. The employees are friendly and efficient and take pride in their store.

All the food came out cold. Then I told them and they took it back and brought out new food, same temperature. Also brought a cheeseburger when I ordered a hamburger. This place is not good. They just don't care.

Holy crap 27 dollars for 2 chicken strip meals?!?!..it's literally the cheapest thing you can get on any other sit down restaurant menu..idk who DQ thinks they are or how good their food is but news flash it's not that good. Christ I swear to god I will never go to dairy queen again. Fast food is getting awfully brave with these prices lately. Smh

I've worked for dairy queen for years when I moved to this location I expected better don't work here the owner holds your last check illegally treats the staff horrible and doesn't follow though on any pay changes unless deductions if you or a loved one wants to work here don't that's my advice

I worked here and the way the owners treat their workers is terrible. They withheld for a month and reduced my final paycheck by half. My coworkers were great however. The working conditions in the back of the store is terrible as well as the break room. Also with the employees bathrooms being so filthy and disgusting the high schoolers and everyone else do not have a proper and private place to change. Terrible place to work and terrible owners.
