I ordered a blizzard and when i received it the cup was overflowing. Now usually one wouldn’t complain about receiving a nice full ice cream but not like this. I took the lid off my ice cream to be able to eat and it all started spilling down the side of the cup. No matter what I did to stop it from dripping it still continued until I eventually scraped the top portion of my ice cream including the whipped cream into the trash. While it was dripping it got all over my hands, clothes, car, and eventually kitchen table when I got inside. Being that I only live about 5 minutes from the establishment I figured this wouldn’t be too big of an issue I would face and unfortunately it was. I would have been happier to have received less ice cream in the cup that could cleanly eat versus the messy sticky alternative I sadly received.

Oh, where do I even start? Last week, I placed a large order for curbside pickup. When I arrived, the order had been handed out to someone else and I had to wait for them to remake everything. Took about 20 minutes and didn't even get an apology.
Today, I ordered 2 blizzards on the app for in-store pickup. Just 2 blizzards, and they STILL messed it up. I went inside to pick them up and they weren't even done, though the app said they were ready. The employee at the register was extremely rude and didn't even bother to explain why I had to wait 15 minutes for 2 blizzards. When I got home, the royal cheesecake blizzard had 2 whole strawberries in the middle and not nearly enough graham base. I have worked at DQ before and I know things are to be made. There really is no excuse, and based on the reviews below, I'm not the only one. Every employee needs re-trained.

Went to order a banana shake and the cashier “Monica” kept saying Vanilla like 5 times and got rude about it. When asked to speak to a manager she tried to refuse me service cause she didn’t understand Banana be Vanilla..
Then proceeded to have a slight melt down, said she has had a very stressful night and it’s supposed to be her day off…. If she is a manager they better sit her down and train her in listening and polite manners.

Staff is not the nicest at this location. We go about once a week and get dinner or a treat. The blizzards really do lack any toppings and are basically half full with vanilla ice cream only. We tried for 3 weeks to get an ice cream cake on Tuesday when they are half off but they were always out. I'm not sure why they don't stock up on more to make sure they are in stock at least until 6:00 or so.

I think that was the worst ice cream I’ve ever had. I ordered the New York cheesecake blizzard. There were absolutely no cheesecake bites at all and only one strawberry in the whole thing. I don’t plan on ever ordering from that location ever again.

Hi I'm a doordasher and alot of the time when i walk in there's no one at the counter to help me, Everyone's in the back and the wait tends to be too long half the time if not more Even for a small order. They should always have someone ready at the counter and the wait time shouldn't be that long.

I never leave reviews but I feel the need to on here.

I never had a bad experience going thru, all the employees are genuinely nice and kind. The only issue here is, I like the new york cheescake blizzard but I went 3 times in a row and they put very little to no cheescake bites in it, which is a bummer because we do pay for that in the blizzard. Even my husband asked for extra last night and there were only two little pieces on there. I wish they can put a decent amount.

Other then that, everything else is just fine.

Too long a wait to order, inattentive, dining room was dirty. Food was good.

I don't ever turn down the suggestion to go to this DQ. I don't believe, in all the years I've been going there, I have ever had a bad experience. The restaurant is always neat and clean. The service is always on point, the order correct, hot and fresh delivered to your table. I have ordered cakes made to order and they are beautiful and delicious.
As of this review (04/15/2024), this DQ has been recently renovated again. That's another thing - the owners seem to care about their store and invest in its future to keep repeat customers coming back.
